Merced Property & Casualty Liqudation
We received word 12/03/2018 and again on 12/04/2018 regarding rumors that Merced Property & Casualty is going in to State Liquidation. As it turns out after my calling my marketing representative the rumor is true. He could not comment any further that to refer me to the State of California’s Department of Insurance FAQ.
Below you will find a .pdf document that was sent to me by one of my clients. I have not received any official documents from Merced directly.
